Wish to express huge gratitude to All Roborough Vet Practice Team for being thoughtful,caring , supportive and knowledgeable while dealing with our dogs unexpectedly , accidentall huge eye trauma, unfortunately loss of eye in end ,but your dedicated compassionate,communicative and competent way to save eye , restored my faith in humanity , veterinary profession and belief .Your unexpected sincerety and compassion gave me more strength to believe that everything will be okay after negative events.For that reason I wish to say thank you and wish you best of the best.

Although my dog was nervous on my first visit with a painful ear infection, the vet was excellent at reassuring her & as a result she was much more relaxed at her follow up appointment. All of the staff are lovely & friendly too.

Took cat to vet with paralysis on front leg. They fitted me in as an emergency. Duncan was excellent with our cat and very informative as cause.

Over the many years we’ve been with this practice, most of our visits have thankfully only been for vaccinations and routine health checks. This week, however, I had to bring in our nervous rescue dog twice, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the first call with Devon to the consultations with Duncan and Kelly, I felt that everyone truly took the time to listen to my concerns. Their advice was sensible, straightforward, and reassuring. What really stood out was the care and patience shown towards Loki, who is usually terrified at the vets - especially around men. Remarkably, he even took kibble from Duncan’s hand, which felt like a huge breakthrough. I honestly cannot recommend this practice highly enough. The whole team goes above and beyond, and I always feel welcome to phone or pop in for advice - nothing is ever too much trouble.

Superb care and an amazing team. Absolutely wonderful to still have a friendly, local independent veterinary practice, and a fair pricing structure. Duncan and the team are simply fabulous. I wouldn't take my pets anywhere else.
